Handle material

We separate our handle material options into 2 main categories. There is “Standard” and “Premium”.

Standard: Includes G10, Micarta, GripTec, Ctek, Kirinite, etc.

Premium: Stabilized Wood, Carbon Fiber, Combo Scales, Juma, Wood/Resin hybrids, Exotic Woods, TruStone, etc.

Note: If you provide your own material for your custom knife build, the cost of that material will be deducted from the corresponding category.

G10:a lightweight, strong composite of layered fiberglass and epoxy resin, A simple, clean look Ideal for knife handles.

Micarta: a durable, lightweight composite material made from layers of fabric or paper resin-bonded for superior grip and resilience in knife handles.

Kirinite: a durable acrylic with bright colors, resistant to water, heat, and impact. Its smooth surface and patterns make it loved for knife handles.

Stabilized wood: natural wood soaked in resin to make it stronger, more stable, and water-resistant. This stops it from warping, cracking, or shrinking, which is perfect for knife handles. The resin also makes the wood’s grain and color look better and last longer.

Carbon fiber is a light; strong material made from woven carbon threads and resin. It's tough, hard, and perfect for knife handles.

Combo Scales: Segmented knife handles made from multiple different materials glued together for an incredibly unique and personalized look. My personal favorite type of handle material because of the limitless aesthetic possibilities

TruStone: blends natural stone and resin for strength and style. They resist water, heat, and shocks, offering durability and a textured grip. Ideal for custom knives that balance function and design.
